　　俄罗斯国际石油、天然气及石油化工技术展览会是东欧地区石油专业展会，云集了1800家国内外展览商，来自全球41个国家，是全球该行业的供应商综合展示新石油和天然气工业技术的舞台。参观展览会的专业观众达到38600人，分别来自俄罗斯，德国，英国，法国，美国，意大利，澳大利亚，哈萨克斯坦，科威特，乌克兰，沙特阿拉伯等几十个国家。

　　俄罗斯石油企业逐步国有化，俄罗斯的石油生产迅速增长：在1999年和2004年间，俄罗斯的石油公司将石油产量提高了大约50%；到2006年，原油产量回升到4.804亿吨、占全球原油产量的12.3%，天然气产量已达6121亿立方米，占全球总产量的21.3%。
